OE quality. We take great pride in our quality – and fully commit to it throughout the organization. With this mindset, and our robust processes in engineering, manufacturing and beyond, we meet the demanding IATF 1694 standards of the automotive industry. Our decades of expertise and OE quality standards define our aftermarket products.

Distribution warehouses for quick & easy supply. A wide range of our products is ready for dispatch directly from our PickMe Aftermarket warehouses. Additionally, all other products which might not available on stock, can be built on demand.

Extensive vehicle coverage. With our rotating machines in OE quality, we have a solution for the majority of vehicles on and off the road today – in Europe, we already cover approximately half of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Focusing on our customers’ requirements, we continuously go above and beyond to enlarge our product portfolio and reach 80% market coverage.

Original Equipment Service & Independent Aftermarket. We provide car manufacturers, distributors, trading and buying groups across the globe with reliable solutions and a world-class engineering experience.

Global presence. With plants and/or sales offices in 14 countries, our teams of local Aftermarket experts are at your service in the key automotive markets.

Longstanding tradition. As a leading global automotive supplier for rotating machines, we stand for more than a century of development and manufacturing competences – covering a broad range of passenger car, commercial vehicle and non-road applications. After becoming an independent company from the Bosch group in 2018, we have intensified our already existing Aftermarket activities.

Origins

Manufactured in our OE production lines with components in OE quality, our Aftermarket starter motors and generators offer advanced functional and technical specifications, comparable to our original equipment products.

Tailored solutions

On the road or on the rails, on water or high up in the air: We got you covered!We offer products tailored to the specific needs of Aftermarket customers for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, but also for a wide range of special applications – such as aircraft, construction equipment, forestry and agricultural vehicles, trains, ships and stationary power supply. As these special applications require high level of expertise, we have a dedicated competence center in Hildesheim, Germany, where these products are made by hand. Using their long manufacturing tradition and technical know-how, our team can also provide repair and remanufacturing services.Either on our OE production lines or by hand in our competence center, our products are built to meet stringent safety and performance requirements, and therefore go through rigorous in-house testing.

Remanufacturing & spare parts

Turning used products back into high-performers to give them a second life: We clean, then re-work or replace old components using new ones in OE quality, and lastly re-assemble and test our Reman products on our OE production lines. As a result, we ensure the delivery of high quality, durable remanufactured rotating machines. Our products' components can also be bought separately for repair and remanufacturing purposes.

Magazine amz publishes interview with Michael Schedler, Head of Remanufacturing at SEG Automotive

"We will still need spare parts for hybrids until 2050," says Michael Schedler in his interview to amz - THE AFTERMARKET MAGAZINE, in which he talks about the transformation in the Automotive Aftermarket. Workshops are already forced to increasingly adapt to e.g. hybrid vehicles, as this solution is attractive due to increased environmental awareness, political climate targets as well as the tax advantage for company cars. The BRM (Boost Recuperation Machine) and its remanufacturing are decisive for this transformation.
