We recognized the potential of the South American market as early as 1954* and founded a site in Brazil, the fifth-largest country in the world. We have been perfectly positioned to meet the local requirements since then at our registered office in Itupeva, which is approx. 70 km away from the important São Paulo transport hub.
With production capacities of five million and a current annual production of 2.7 million vehicles, Brazil is among the top ten of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.
All large automotive manufacturers and engine manufacturers from around the world are represented in Brazil – including GM, Fiat, Jeep, VW, Audi, Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, Peugeot, Citroën, Honda, Chery, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Volvo, Iveco, Agrale, John Deere, CHNi, AGCO, MWM and Cummins as well as luxury brands such as Jaguar Land Rover.
SEG Automotive focus on reducing global CO2 emissions with our products, contributed directly to the automakers to achieve Inovar-Auto program goals and we are ready to overcome Rota 2030 regulation challenges.
